Like the title says, 2nd floor interior wall framing has been for the most part completed. On Monday materials for the ceilings and roof will arrive and they will get to work building that.
Expect another post this evening after the backfill has been completed...
My framer has a carpenter friend who will be constructing all 17 of these roof brackets.

All of the brackets are actually structural. There's other ways to build the house that wouldn't require them, but with our design they are required. Also, they help keep it an authentic craftsman home.
