We attached the braces to the stakes in the ground using lag screws. We should have used bolts down there as well (we had used bolts at the top).
Also, they wanted two grounding rods (electrician was very surprised about that). Electrician came out later on to add the grounding rod, and I replaced all of the lag screws with lag bolts and the county passed it. Dominion will be out Friday, Monday, or Tuesday (I expect) to move the line and meter to the temporary pole.
Whatever was the issue the inspector had? Did your electrician have to come back to make it right?
